Trinity (TX) Chapter is committed to contributing to the post-secondary education of Dallas area youth.  Over the years, nearly $250,000 has been distributed to students attending four-year colleges and universities and those attending Dallas County Community Colleges.

The 2024 application is now open!

Trinity (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will award its Scholarship for Excellence in June 2024 in the amount of $2,000.00.  The Scholarship for Excellence is dedicated to helping highly motivated students and/or current or former So SMAART participants who have demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement in pursuing their college education.  The purpose of the scholarship is to help pay for an education at an accredited institution, including community college or a four-year university.

To be considered for the scholarship, please submit a completed Scholarship for Excellence application, adhering to the instructions, by April 15, 2024 Incomplete applications will not be eligible for scholarship awards.  You may submit your application by visiting this website:  Trinity (TX) Chapter, The Links, Incorporated – Scholarship for Excellence.

Trinity (TX) Chapter will notify all Scholarship for Excellence recipients by email in late May 2024 or June 2024.  It is imperative you provide a correct and current email address in order to receive notification from the chapter regarding the status of your application.

NOTE:  Before the scholarship award is disbursed, you must submit (1) proof of graduation from a Dallas County high school and (2) an official enrollment verification certificate or letter from the post-secondary institution you will be attending in the fall.  These documents must be submitted by September 1, 2024 to  trinitylinksinc.scholarship@gmail.com. The scholarship award may be used for enrollment, tuition, fees and books required for instruction at an accredited institution.
